Discover
We start by understanding the business, its users, and what the project actually needs to achieve. For a website, that means understanding your services and audience. For software, it means mapping the current process in detail — what works, what doesn't, and what a better version looks like.
Plan
Scope, functionality, technology and delivery approach are defined and agreed before any design or development starts. This is where cost and timeline are confirmed, so there are no surprises later.
Design
The structure, user experience and visual direction of the product are designed — page layouts for a website, or user flows and interfaces for an application. Feedback is gathered before development begins.
Build
Development, integration and testing happen here. For larger projects, this is broken into milestones so progress is visible throughout, not only at the end.
Launch
The product is deployed, analytics are configured, and it goes live. For software and applications, this includes handover documentation and training where needed.
Support
Websites and software both need occasional attention after launch — fixes, small improvements, and changes as the business evolves. Ongoing support can be arranged where required.
